Upon identifying a property damage producing event, Proactive Pro determines the most appropriate communication method and messaging needed to create action on the part of the policyholder. We prioritize opportunities based on urgency and severity.
Digital Outreach
Proactive Pro utilizes SMS and Email messaging to provide targeted outreach to policyholders experiencing the effects of conductive storms, wildfire, flood, or man-made events. Digital outreach provides policyholders with helpful information and tips to mitigate or avoid a claim.
Voice Outreach
Proactive Pro engages in telephonic outreach to those policyholders most threatened by events to provide real time tips and suggestions of ways to lessen or avoid a claim. We provide the policyholder with confidence and reassurance that their insurer is there for them.
Survey/Report
Proactive Pro surveys all policyholders and provides the opportunity for feedback around proactive services and if the requested action resulted in mitigation. Proactive Pro provides a daily report of activity taken on their policyholder’s behalf for data collection and analytics.
